Hello,
I have an urgent problem! With the expiration of the past year 2024 I thought the subscription plan paid monthly would end as well so I created another account where I purchased the plan for students while there was the sale during december. However, I've just been charged 67 euros for january for the plan I thought would be cancelled by now automatically. I am all nervous and scared, I don't have a lot of money since I am a student and now I'm scared I'll have to pay for two separate plans every month individually or I'll have to pay the cancellation fee. I really need the money. I would like to keep only the subscription on the new account. Please help!

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe

Maria, I am sorry that you are encountering so many problems managing your subscriptions.
I see you canceled one plan but also started a new one today. If you did not intend to subscribe to Illustrator, make sure to follow the process listed at https://adobe.ly/408a4Lg to cancel the plan.
