I redeemed my Substance 3D license, but it doesn't appear on my Creative Cloud desktop app and i only have the "Try" option.

With the same account i have another student plan provided by the school and in my account i only see that plan and not the redeemed Substance student license.

Any help with this issue?

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

You probably have an Enterprise account (your school account) and then you have two spaces in your account. An individual and an enterprise. I suspect your Substance plan to be in your individual space and the Creative Cloud plan to be in your enterprise space. In this case, you need to sign out and sign in again (https://account.adobe.com) and choose the corresponding space during the sign in. Check with https://account.adobe.com/plans the plan(s) that you have in the corresponding space.

Ok perfect , problem solved. There is an option inside the account that chooses your profile automatically and that what was causing the issue with the account.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe Account with your email and password.

  2. Go to Account and security > Sign-in and security.
