Hi all,
As a student I used to use a monthly membership for Photoshop and also use the Portfolio website with it. Last year this was just a monthly service. Now after I bought it for what I thought was a month is now suddenly a yearly subscription? This was not communicated clearly when buying. I dont need it a full year, it's a waste of money for me now.
I want to cancel my subscription ASAP and get last month refunded as I used only 1 month. The customer care is really frustrating as apparently, you can't chat or call with anyone. Real bummer...
The Student and Teacher plans are only available as an annual plan, paid monthly or as an annual plan, prepaid.

Thanks. That may be true, as a year ago this wasn't the case and it was a monthly service. And since this isn't clearly stated I'm aiming to get a full refund as I'm not using it for 99%. But the automated cancellation wants a cancel fee which I'm against.

the fee is because you had an annual plan that you're canceling early. again, contact adobe support.
