je souhaite supprimer une carte bleue parmi celles qui sont renseignées (droit à l'accès et à la modification de mes données personnelles) dans mon compte creative cloud. 

Comment dois-je procéder svp ?

Hello, I'd like to delete my personal banking informations. There's no way to delete it from https://account.adobe.com

User can only add a new payment method or modidy the old one. I simply want to delete my actual banking informations. You should provide this option directly ! Please help me.

set a reminder to cancel your subscription  a few days before it's due to renew. then remove your account.

Regarding to gdpr, we should be able to delete our banking information, so please add a delete button to allow users to delete the banking information that are not related to their subscription. If your do not, you're not gdpr compliant!

So we have to ask adobe to respect GDPR law by posting an "idea" in a forum ? strange... Note that I have the same pb, I want to delete a credit card and I can't ("modify" add a card and do not modify the current one...)

you can delete your credit card (and all account information), if you have no subscription.  go to https://www.adobe.com/privacy.html, click contact us and request your adobe id be deleted.

Maybe I'm not clear and sorry for that, let me rephrase that. I have a subscription since many years and I want to keep it, I don't want to delete my account. The subscription is paid through a credit card, for personal reason I have changed the payment info and changed the credit card info (a new one then...), but the old one has been kept, and there is no way to delete it. So now 2 cards on Adbobe account website and I want the new one only and delete the old one. Which adobe does not allow,  this is my problem (and our problem I think with Maxime as well)

@TheJMG,   you can delete an old credit card.  if you don't see how using https://account.adobe.com, contact adobe support and they'll delete it for you.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

@kglad Thanks a lot for your answer, but if I may, I confirm that we can't delete a credit card through the account link by your own. You have to ask Adobe to do it for you. Just contacted them and here is their answer (through chat): 

 

- "we would like to inform you that you will able to edit the billing information , but you will not be able to delete it.

I hope this information helps."

 

So as per my request they have deleted my old cards, but no way to do it through account.adobe.com. 

Thanks again, hope it will help others with the same problem.
