Los de google me  indican que mi suscripcion está activa, los de adobe no, al final no puedo acceder a ala suscrpicion anual pagada, y encima no me realizan un reembolso.

If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store, it must be canceled there. I'd recommend contacting and working with our customer service if you want a refund. Can you share a case number if you contacted our customer service already?
