I too would like to switch to prepaying for an annual membership for a single app, as opposed to my current monthly billing membership.
Tell me how, thanks.
Hi Paul,
In order to switch your plan, you will need to cancel the current subscription and then sign up for the plan you need.
Please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation and refund requests.

@Pawe?_Wac?awik thanks for posting your question. The ability to adjust the type of plan you are using depends on the type of plan you are subscribed to and when it is set to renew. You just started a new plan, so if it does not meet your needs then please complete the cancellation process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html.

How can I get a button like Pawel's in my account? I'm in the same situation and there is no way for me to change from monthly to an annual prepaid so I can preserve my current rate.
The e-mail stated "The price of the Photography plan (20GB) annual, billed monthly plan is changing from 11,99 €/month to 18,14 €/month (including applicable Tax/VAT) on your next renewal date. To maintain your effective current base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change your subscription to an annual, prepaid plan." yet I've searched all the pages and there's no way to do this.

Welcome in the Adobe mess club :-(. My button appeared when I wrote a few desperate mails/infos about the problem on this community and to chat when I talked with robot who couldn't solve my problem and was giving me all time the same stupid and useless answers :-(. All I can do for You is wish You to be strong and regular in writing about the problem everywhere where it's possible on Adobe platform/account. It may help like in my case :-)!

Thanks Pawel. Do you remember what page it was on that you got this button? I've checked everywhere both on PC and on mobile as kglad suggested and I don't see anything.
Maybe I can get some assistance without spamming everywhere about the problem @Shivangi_Gupta

try a different non-opera browser. using a mobile phone's browser is the most likely to succeed.
