switching to Nonprofit discounted rate

Community Beginner ,
Feb 27, 2025 Feb 27, 2025

I have been approved for the nonprofit rate for Adobe Acrobat Pro through Adobe's website. When I try to apply the discount, it says my subscription is invalid. When I try to get help, the agents say they can't help me. How can I receive the discount? I also need to set this up for multiple employees.

Did you ask for an explanation? If you were approved, then it should work.

At any rate, we can't help you. This issue has to be dealt with by Adobe directly.

Hi @Judy38168751euay -

Did you ever get an answer regarding this issue. I just applied and got approved today. I was able to get the $15/year pricing for the 1st license, but cannot figure out how to purchase additional licenses and deploy them to other employees. Adobe Customer Support kept trying to push me to TechSoup.org and Goodstack.org, but I kept telling them I purchased the first license through Adobe. Any advice? Thank You!

No, there was no answer given by Adobe or anyone else.
