System thinks I'm in Austria and I'm in Australia

Hi!

 

I'm trying to buy a student pass for Australia, I've logged that I'm in Australia but the system keeps booting me out telling me that the option I'm trying isn't available in my country or region (austria) [see attached]. I've changed my region to Australia and have an Austrailan phone number registered but it isn't fixing the issue. Anyone got any suggestions? Screen Shot 2020-11-22 at 5.48.31 PM.png
