Hello,

I have two things I would like to ask regarding my tax ID and choosing a plan.

Update TAX ID

I was trying to Update my tax identification number. I went to that link: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-vat-id-for-eu-countries.html

But when I try to edit my VAT ID it gives me an error:
A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.

I tried to contact an agent and he had me there for almost 30 minutes and he wasn't able to help me. After 30 minutes of chatting the result was to post me steps to do exactly what I told him I tried in my first message. Not a great assistant.

And a thought: Could it play a role that I just started a business with my TAX ID? Is this why trying to update it to my billing account does not accept it?

Choosing a plan

I was just checking again the plans and I can see:

Individuals All Apps is €37,19/mo inclusive of VAT
Plans for teams All Apps €77,49/mo per licence excluding VAT

How many seats does eatch plan give us? I mean, how many instanses of Premiere for example can I run with Individual and how many with teams plan?

Thank you so much.
