Olá, eu realizei o cancelamento do meu plano e me informaram que eu ia ser isenta dataxa de 50% do valor do plano. Agora dui ver no meu cartão eles cobraram 300,00 e não consigo falar com o suporte mais. Como devo proceder? Alguém sabe?
