Technical Communications Suite serial number

I just purchased a year-long subscription to the Technical Communications Suite.  The Adobe Acrobat installation requires a serial number but there is none in my account.  The subscription does not even show in my account.  How do I get the serial number?

Acrobat comes in a subscription version and serial number version, entirely separate. Maybe you've installed the wrong one (or it was previously installed)?
