Technically impossible to unsubscribe because there are two plans. An active plan and a "payment update pending" plan.

For some reason over time it has created two plans. At one point my card expired, I had to update it but as I was traveling it took me a while to do that. When I entered the platform, I made the same plan imagining that the first one was cancelled. So today I have this new plan active and running, but with "restrictions". That's because as the two plans are linked to the same email account, the system keeps informing me that I need to update the payment details to have access to the Adobe product.

So sometimes this message appears but the system takes the credentials of the active plan and I can work. There are other times that I can't work because it takes the credencials of the "pending payment" plan.

Bottom line: I know it is simple to cancel: WE JUSTO LOGIN AND GO TO https://account.adobe.com/?lang=pt . After that enter 'Manage Plan' and then CANCEL. It's "SIMPLE".

But for me a message appears saying the plan cannot be managed:
"Your plan has expired. Update your payment information to reactivate it" Than:
1) Close button
2) Update payment details button

And I'm not going to update because I'm sure they're going to charge me at least the last outstanding monthly fee.

Has anyone gone through this and have any tips and/or suggestions?

Thank you very much!
