Please help me terminate my account, as I do not wish to use it any further. In fact, I have not used it for the past 4-5 months, and even before that, I did not really use it since I am not proficient in it.
I kindly ask you to take into consideration that I have already requested the termination of my account, yet you are still deducting money from my account. I requested the deletion of my profile and was given a 2-3 month free trial period, which I did not use as I did not even use the account during the trial period.
Now, when I click on the option to cancel my subscription, I am informed that you are willing to terminate my subscription for a higher fee. This is too expensive for me! Please be kind enough to assist me in cancelling my account free of charge. I am looking forward to your response.
