Terrible experience requesting for refund

I cancelled my CC subscription within 14 days of subscribing last October (see screenshot), following the steps in the FAQ.  I reached up until the Review page, didnt receive any feedback from Adobe. Tech support is absolutely of no help. Ended up getting charged for 2 months I never used.
