in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

for others, as of this date you (and adobe support) can't cancel ahead of the current date. ie, if you want to cancel at a certain date, set a reminder for yourself, then:
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi @Deleted User,
We're sorry for the experience you've had. As per your account info, your subscription should have ended on December 29, 2023, however, it extended for 25 more days and lasted till January 23, 2024(as per your statement).
Were you promised any extra days from Adobe because of any specific reason? Do you have any case reference number that we can look into?
Let us know. We're here to help.
Regards,
Shivangi

Thank you for the reply, as y6ou can see by my screenshot, i agree that i cancelled the plan, but as i cancelled it offered me 3 free months of Adobe, which i acceted, but i still wanted to cancel, and then get the use of the 3 free months. After checking my cancellation had gone through, i took a screenshot since i knew that Adobe was not a loyal service provider and that they would go back on their word. Shameful actually!

don't forget to cancel in 3 months, if that's what you want. and make sure you didn't commit to a 3 month free + 1 year committment, https://account.adobe.com
