Hi, 

I used to pay a certain monthly amount for the cloud creative plan, but now the amount has increased and I can't reach anyone at Adobe.

Can anyone help?

You might have got a special price which is generally increased after an year. To know the specific details about your case get in touch with Adobe support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Thank you very much for your response, Manan. The popup gets opened but unfortunaly it says "Please contact your administrator for help.", although it's my personal account.

for several weeks using my main computer (and 3 different browsers) i saw the same popup even though i've never had a teams or enterprise or eduction subscription.  using my mobile and a different computer, revealed the expected chat window:

ie, try a different computer or mobile.
