The Lightroom on iPad shows that " Your subscription does not have cloud access"

I subscribed Lightroom for mobile in the AppStore, and I can use the cloud storage during my first year. However, after I resubscribed the Lightroom after one year use, I cannot access and store my photos in the cloud storage. In the app it shows that "Your subscription does not have cloud access".

Another issue is that some of my photos were deleted or damaged, and only the low resolution version of those photos were stored on my iPad. Those issuses are pretty annoying me, and could anyone tell me how to solve those problems?

@zhicheng28477547vx3e I am not sure how the renewal was processed however it shows 0 GB of cloud storage in your Lightroom license.
