Hello. The monthly fee of SGD 72.34 was deducted from my bank account on 5 April 2023, but today, I cannot access my Adobe accounts. According to the latest invoice dated 2 April 2023 (Order No AE00006500586ESG), the service term was for 2 April to 1 May 2023. Attached are the invoice and the screenshot from my banking app showing the transaction.<removed-kglad>
Here is a possible related matter: I had started on a student plan in March 2021, but now am no longer a student. (Had started paying SGD26.30, but recently got charged SGD72.34) I have since changed my email address to my yahoo email address, but that did not solve the problem. I still cannot access the Adobe apps.
Please advise asap as I need to use the Adobe apps to do my work. Thank you.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
