The payment has been delayed because the plan has not been terminated. Please cancel the plan

Hello! I'm a subscriber to the Premier Pro Plan. I tried to cancel it a few months ago because I didn't use the plan anymore, but I couldn't cancel it because the cancel button didn't show up, so I didn't renew the payment. As a result, I got a monthly message to renew the payment method, and I didn't see the cancel button every time. I didn't use the plan during that period, and I want to cancel the subscription. I had something to do next year, so I was thinking of subscribing to another plan again, but due to the current situation, I can't do anything. Can you cancel the plan that I haven't used? +And this is an additional question, if I continue to sign up with the current plan in this state, do I have to pay for the plan that I haven't used before? I haven't used it because I haven't paid a subscription fee, so I'm restricted from using it. Or do I just paying the default value?

+And this is an additional question, if I keep signing up with the current plan in this state, do I have to pay for the plan that I haven't used before? I haven't used it because I haven't paid a subscription fee. Or are I just paying the default?

Please help me. I'm a beginner who is not used to it

you can't cancel unless and until you fix payment problems, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi master_impression3451,

I see that you have a Premiere Pro subscription, which has a payment issue. You will not be able to cancel the subscription unless the payment issue is resolved. Please refer the steps shared in this article for help:https://adobe.ly/44FiY6y;

Hope this helps!

Thanks
^KS
