Hello,
I had an active Photography Plan (20 GB), purchased directly through Adobe. The payment was made on August 25, 2025, and I was still using the software on August 29.
I am aware that this plan was discontinued for new customers as of January 15, 2025, but Adobe stated that current subscribers would be able to continue as long as the plan remained active.
Now, however, I see no active plan in my account, and no billing history either. Today (on September 25, 2025) another payment was made in order, but there is still nothing in the account.
Could you please investigate this issue and help restore my subscription (or explain what happened)?

When I go look at the plan, it says: You have no paid plans.
But the payment has been paid successfully, I have it confirmed in my bank account

do you have more than one email with the form of the id shown in the screenshot?
are you trying to sign in to your account using google sign in?
