Hi there,

Happy to help!

If you've purchased a subscription from a mobile app store, the subscription is for mobile devices only. Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app give you access to features only on mobile devices.

The Desktop subscription includes access to the Mobile product but not vice-versa.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Rashmi Swain

Did you buy from Adobe or from Apple or from the Google play store?

if you want help/cancel with your apple purchase, use https://support.apple.com/contact

p.s. do NOT reply via email or remove your signature before sending. these are public forums.

p.p.s.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.p.p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Well that is not particulary appropriate, if I purchased the app through the app store (android owner here) and my account is tied to it, then I should be able to use it on my pc. I have it on my tablet as well. Is there another option to have the on all three, mobile, pc and tablet under ONE subscription?

most would cancel one and then start the other.  doing that and avoiding a penalty would be tricky, if you have an annual commitment.
