Dear, we have received two invoices of 12.09 euros. One on dd. 03.12.2022 and one on 21.12.22. I have activated a free subscription for three months and of course canceled it in time. I can't find anything in my account about a free three-month subscription or an invoice from Adobe. So 24.18 euros has been deducted from my account via paypal. I can provide you with the proofs of payment, but I need an email for that. The Belgian financial watchdog obviously does not accept such transactions and will intervene in the future if this is not resolved. Hopefully it won't come to that and we're counting on a full refund. Thanks for the effort.

in addition to chat mentioned by @Rashmi27002770wxve, there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
