This is a question about canceling a Premier Pro payment.

I canceled my Premier Pro payment some time ago, and the appraised value exceeded 130,000 won.

By the way, I am a student and I made a mistake because I do not understand the payment system.

And my parents only give me an allowance of around 50,000 won per month.

And when I check, there are many places where I spend my money, so I don't even have 20,000 won in my account.

I'm sorry, but is there any way to not pay the fee?

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe.

 

An annual contract is 12 months long.  There is a penalty fee of 50% for cancelling before your 12th month of service.  So in other words, if you cancel with 6 months of service remaining on your contract, you will be expected to pay for 3 months of service.

 

Before you enter into an agreement, you should read and understand the terms.  If you don't understand them, ask a parent, teacher or adult friend to help you.  See links below.
