This is the most worthless company I've ever dealt with. Then I go to cancel my account, it won't even let me, citing payment method needs to be updated. Newsflash: you're not getting credit card info just to cancel an account. Card info had changed prior to the auto-renewal, which wasn't going to happen anyways, and nothing was owed.
How are the moderators this ignorant, such that they think there are "pending dues on your account" despite not renewing the subscription? Only at Adobe!

Adobe needs to figure out that people aren’t giving them their credit card information just to have an account cancelled. Most backwards thing ever. Again, most worthless company ever.
