Hello, 03.01.2020 I have withdrawn money for subscription (Adobe Affer Effect, Adobe PR creative CLD). Since I stopped using these programs, I would like to get my money back and cancel my subscription to these programs.

No.  That's not how things work.  Read your Terms of Use Agreement. There are no refunds for not using the software.

Unless you have the costlier month-to-month plan which allows you to cancel whenever you wish,  there is a 50% early cancellation fee.  To avoid paying cancellation fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.
