Tracking down Adobe Refund Receipts

New Here ,
Jan 28, 2025 Jan 28, 2025

We have a list of users who had our company credit card entered for their annual Adobe cloud subscription. We had two users cancel theirs the day after billing and they received a refund and the card was credited. Then we received four other refunds and credits but have no idea who they are for as no one else cancelled. We have to track paperwork for this card and need to find some way of determining why these were issued and for what/for whom. We do not have Adobe IDs to go with since we do not know who these were for (and none of our folks seem to see any receipts or indication within their own Adobe account history).

Where do you even start with this sort of quest?
