Transfer acrobat to my company's creative cloud plan and cancel my individual acrobat subscription

I previously purchased an Acrobat subscription. 
I continue to be billed for it. 
My company included me on their creative cloud account. 
I want to cancel my individual Acrobat subscription and add it to the company account. 

What do I do?

I don't think apps from individual plans can be transfered to business plans or vice versa.  The billing and terms are different for businesses than individuals.

 

Feel free to cancel your individual plan if you wish. But early cancellation of Annual plans incurs a 50% termination fee.  To avoid the penalty fee, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel before it automatically renews.

In addition, your corporate IT dept will need to give you access to their service with a separate log-in ID and password.  To utilize it, log-out of your individual account from Creative Cloud Desktop App (click your avatar).  Restart your computer.  Log-in under the new corporate ID & password that your IT dept gives you.
