Translate CC 2020 into Portuguese.

Good afternoon! I have the following problem. After upgrading from CC 2019 to CC 2020 I can no longer put in Portuguese. Can anyone help me? In the preferences only appears the English language. Help Please!

You select your language in Creative Cloud desktop application prior to downloading Photoshop.

i see quite a few languages including portuguese (for brasil).
