Trapped in an annual plan for services i've never used

Was recently checking my billing as I mainly use Lightroom and Photoshop and to my horror I discovered that for the past 3 months I've been paying £45 a month for InDesign and Adobe Stock , I've never used either program/service once and immediatly went to cancel but its something like an almost £200  cancellation fee.

Not sure what to do I tried to contact help but I couldn't get through to someone, I'm trapped in their subscritpion method for a service I've never used nor intend to use as I dont even remember signing up for it. Really feels a bit underhanded the whole cancellation fee method but not sure what to do.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @Mercy32722844jkni,

Please check this article https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html.

Adobe provides a free trial for 7 days and then the payment is done. In case, you forget to cancel the subscription you can always cancel it within 14 days and request for full refund.

We hope it helps.

Regards,

Shivangi
