Hola. Los planes que tienen en su suscripción resultan muy engañosos. tomé el mensual, y ahora que quiero cancelar, me dice que era "anual con cargo mensual" y me penaliza por cancelar en este momento. No me parece nada ético. Quiero que me ayuden a cancelar la cuenta sin cargos por favor.

RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL
