Hi! I'm a long time user of Adobe, some 30 years.
Resently I'm retired, after having worked with a teacher-license for the past 13 years. This license has now expired, so I contacted Adobe for an offer, which they made. A great offer, however I wasn't able to pay for it, as Adobe only accept creditcards, no regular Bank cards.
Alas, I don't have any creditcards, and no other ways to pay, so Adobe gave me a list of resellers ...again Great!
Joy, resellers do except Bank payment, however are only willing to sell for a minimum of 10 licenses or if I still have a company. I did in the past, but since I'm now retired I no longer have.
The only option available to me now is to buy a license in a consumer store at full price, which doesn't come near the offer Adobe made me.
I'm a big fan of Adobe, until recently I used their product on a daily base, as being retired doesn't mean I'm not working on something. Has someone a solution to my problem?
... And here's a tip for Adobe;
Please, improve your payment system! ...And, Adobe excisting now for 30+ years more and more users will reach the age of retirement. Maybe it's an idea to create, besides Teacher & student licenses, also a special license for retired users. I'm sure that pretty soon their number, and therefor Adobe sales, will grow
Thanks, and hoping someone has a solution to my problem, as I'm getting kind of frustrated here
Frank

I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but couldn't you obtain a credit card for just Adobe use?
Here in the USA, it is very easy to get a credit card with a low credit limit. You don't need much of a credit line if you have an annual plan, paid monthly.

Frank, I am very sorry for any problems you have encountered trying to pay for your Creative Cloud All apps membership. I reviewed the account you used to post to this public discussion forum and have confirmed that Paypal is accepted as a form of payment, in addition to Visa/MasterCard. Have you tried using the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-paypal-details.html to add Paypal to your Adobe account?
I am showing that case ADB-29251571-T2W1 is currently open and pending your response. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html for info on how you can update your active support case. The case will automatically close soon if we do not receive a response.

Great, thanks Jeff
But you know, maybe it''s right that I'm no longer an active member of the digital workforce, retired
Don't get me wrong, It's nothing personal, and I really appriciate your help, but I'm getting to old and grumpy for this [edited by moderator].
I feel I have landed in an endless loop of chatbots, helppages, referral here, referral there, mails, links and whatever without getting anywhere! ...computer still says NO! ...And all this, because I wanted to pay for an offer Adobe made me.
Yes, your advice is probably right, but to link Paypal to my plan I first need a plan. In my account Plan is no longer visible since the last plan has expired... So, I first need to buy a Plan, which I can't.
Earlier on, days ago, with the help of one of your collegues I already tried to link Paypal, but it didn't work because I needed a creditcard-link to make that possible.... What ages we live in...
To finish the project I'm working on I probably need Adobe for another year. You know what, I'll buy it with a bank-account at full price in a consumer store ...simple, no hassle ...just hoping the code I will receive will work?!
Mails, calling, chating, contacting unwilling resellers, reading endless helppages that just don't match my problem, or don't work, it's all getting a bit too user-friendly to me.
Don't worry, nothing personal, just a grumpy oldtimer ...I'll always be an Adobe fan, fantastic tools ...It's just the times I guess

My problem is solved!
I didn't take up on Adobe's offer, but bought a license at a store where I could buy using i-deal as a payment method instead Credit cards really isn't an option for me.
Cheers, Frank
It took just a minute, for everything to rum smoothly again.

Apply for a low-limit credit card for making online transactions.
These days, you can't do much without one. Sorry.
