Hello everyone,

i'm in a situation where i don't know how to identify and. So i have been using my uni email to as a primary email to create a personal account and there i purchased a yearly plan student for a year. My subscription is now ended.

However, I found out that i could use my uni email to log in Adobe (with license from the uni). And the other day, i was trying to log in my uni account to use Adobe but it didn't work. My professor clicked "sign in with a different account" but it also didn't work.

My question is, how can I resolve this problem?

Thank you for your help.

With regards,

M.A

it's not clear what issue you are having, but you shouldn't be using a temporary email address for something (eg, adobe subscription) that you might want after that address expires.
