I have been paying for Adobe for 5 years. And a couple of months ago I tried to cancel my subscription as I rarely use it. I was offered 3 months free while cancelling which I stupidly accepted. Today I tried to cancel again and it turns out Adobe has pulled me into a new year long contract without my consent.
I tried to cancel but was being charged an early cancellation fee. I contacted support to explain my situation & after a bit of conversation, support left the chat abbruptly and gave me no solution. This hardly seems legal to pull me into a contract like this? Does anybody have a solution?
