So as many before me have had problems. I am trying to cancel a free trial after a few days, only the place where I would do it shows that I have no plan. The chat bot tells me to contact my kids school administrator or IT person and when I click the the spot to contact adobe to cancel a teams trial, it simply circles back on to the prior webpage. I can't find a phone number and every attempt at chat refers me to my administrator and does not even give me a chance to ever even chat with the IA. This feels predatory and no where does it tell you that you won't be able to cancel the trial yourself. The program was far too complicated, so much for trying to keep my kid engaged during covid. If you have a phone number I can reach adobe at I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
So I was finally able to get to chat by accessing it on a device that we had never used the program on before, then I selected the option that I was having trouble signing in (this allows avoiding the message that I have to go through the school administrator), I was able to reach someone and they were able to cancel the subscription for me. I wish I would have tried this sooner, it would have saved me hours of frustration. i Hope this helps.
