Trying to cancel

My kid signed up to creative cloud!! I have been trying to cancel with no success. I have had to remove my payment option capacity which now means I can't use my PayPal because Adobe keep trying to take the charges. 
the account says fix payment options before I can try cancel again. No! Adobe need to cancel this wrongful subscription without taking more money from me!!!! 
please help me get this rectified.
