Hello,
I'm a returning customer trying to re-activate my subscription. The payment method saved in my account is no longer valid. I select my products, and continue to the payment area. At this point only my old payment information is visable and selectable. I see no option to update method anywhere on my account.
I followed the instructions as shown here , https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html but my accoutn did not have those links.
My account only shows " you have no paid plans "
Any help is appreciated.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you
