trying to renew annual Photography Plan 20GB

Im trying to renew my annual photography plan 20GB but the correct amount isnt showing and i'm also not able to make payment. I'm paying with a credit card and there is enough money in that account. 

Am i able to create a new adobe account? I use Photoshop for my job i work for myself so i really need to get this fixed.

I asked customer services to switch mine to the annual, upfront plan today and it's has all worked fine. I'm still on the photography 20GB plan and saved 33% over the monthly payment costs.

 

I was still unable to change it myself online; perhaps that was just the ongoing system updates.

i contacted customer support as it wasnt allowing me to make payment on my account. They managed to help me fix it and now i'm all paid up.

note: the annual plan paid annually is not changed.

 

also, you can try a different credit card and check with your bank that they are not blocking the transaction

Hi i have been using the Photography 20GB plan for a year and paid annually upfront. I saw that if you were already using that plan you can continue using it. Eventhough its fallen away for everyone else. I use photoshop and lightroom classic as a retoucher for my job. My renewal date was the 19 April.

Hi! I'm having a similar problem trying to switch from monthly to pre-paid annual (Photo 20gb) at £119.09. I can see the option on the 'manage plans' page, but when I select it, it returns a 'plan not available' error.
Is this likely to be the ongoing server updates, or should I contact someone else?

Didnt they get rid of this monthly payment package? I thought the only way you could still use this if you changed to annual payment in January.

There will be no monthly Photography 20 GB plan as mentioned by Peter Pipkin. For new subscribers the monthly plan has been discontinued. Please refer to this link for more information: https://adobe.ly/4388tXJ;

I don't think it's gone for current subscribers as long as you switch to annual payment before your renewal date.
At least that's what a recent email from Adobe said for me, which is why I'm trying to switch now 🤞
