Trying to upgrade to All Apps

Greetings,

I've been in an endless circle with this website, frustrated to the point I need help.

Problem:
Trying to upgrade to "All Apps" from the Photography account, which requires me to cancel my Photography plan before upgrading. Cancelling was easy, and done without issue. Now on to subscribing to the "All Apps" account right? Wrong! It says I can keep using my Photography plan until September 30th with no apparent way to upgrade.

Q: Does that mean I can't upgrade to the new "All Apps" account until September 30th?

I need to upgrade so I can get to some freelance work, so frustrated.

-Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi,

When you have an existing subscription you need to change plan from your profile and not place a new order .The system will see that you have an existing plan and will ask you to cancel before taking a new one .

You need to contact Adobe because your current plan will stay active until the end of the paid period and will not allow you to take a new one .Adobe will cancel it definitely and you can take a new one .

The golden question is, how do I contact a real person?

All my attempts sends me on a wild goose chase through trouble shooting faq‘s.

Thank you for responding.

Hi, this is a well known copy and paste answer and doesn't help here. What if there is no button to change plan only to cancel it? That's my problem here, I want to upgrade from a prepaid Lightroom app to all applications but there is only a cancel option (the license is for one year). Adobe website says they will refund it but I don't trust it.
