I have Lightroom and my wife upgraded to the Creative Cloud suite under her email.  I tried to cancel my Lightroom and there is a cancellation fee.  Trying to avoid the fee since we upgraded.  Should have done this upgrade from my account.  Since she upgraded last week, can she cancel and we upgrade my account?

sharing a subscription (even with a spouse) is a violation of your adobe license.  you should leave well enough alone or proceed carefully lest you both forfeit use if adobe apps.

What are you talking about.  I paid for Lightroom under my email and she paid full price for the Creative Cloud suite.  We live in the same house, she is my spouse.  You don't need 2 accounts,

Each person is required to have their own account

http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
-you may use on ONE computer at a time, and you may NOT share your subscription

If you share and Adobe does an audit and catches you, you could be blocked and not have any account
