Two separate charges-which is which?

I get charged monthly ($14.99) for something. I don't even know what it is. The PayPal invoice says: APCC,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUN,001,N/A,1 YR.

But I also get charged once a year for Acrobat Standard DC, paid upfront at $155.88

I am not sure if I am paying twice for Acrobat DC. Should I cancel the monthly plan and just go with the yearly thing? I'm confused about this. I can't speak to a live person. They keep referring me to the community.

Thanks in advance.

1st, Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products to find out what you have

IF you don't show 2 products, do you have a 2nd email address and Adobe account?

Thank you. I've been trying to do that for hours and it just keeps saying they are closed. I'm not sure what to do. But thanks.

PS: I have the same email address for both accounts that get charged. I am using a separate email address to use the forums because that other one wouldn't work for some reason.

It looks like you have an annual plan, paid monthly, for Acrobat Pro which costs $14.99/month.

Acrobat Pro is better than Standard because you can do more with it.   But your Acrobat Standard plan is prepaid for the year.   Which one do you use most?

Log-in to your account and click Manage Plans.  Cancel one.
