I have been trying to log onto my acct and its gone.. I have made no changes to my plan which I have had for a number of years and accoring to Adobe, as I have no active plan, I am unable to talk to the team.
Can anyone suggest a route where I can actually talk to Adobe as the the user page is taking me around in useless circles. Any help very much appreciated...
There is no e-mail. But your Adobe ID is indeed an e-mail address. If you are like me, you have multiple e-mail addresses, but only one for doing busines. Try that first.
