Unable to access Vendors platform

I need to update my credit card info, however I have no idea how to access my vendors platform. 

That blue button 'Go to your Vendors platform' doesn't work..

I've spent enough time on the site to figure it out but pretty sure I am stuck here. Can you please advise on how I can access my Vendors platform?

I have the same issue and this link didnt help. It sends me to the same page I was looking for the Vendors Platform.

Is there another way to update the credit card? And what exactly is the Vendors Platform, how do I find it?

The vendor is the place where you purchased the Adobe subscription.

The platform is their website or support mechanism.
