I am sure you consider this a feature for your revenue team, whilst generating a tonne of pissed off consumers.
12 month auto-renewing subscription plans with no way to stop the auto-renewal unless you catch the *one* subscription renewal reminder email within a 30 day window. Why can't I stop renewal ahead of that?

these are user forums. you can make a "suggestion" to adobe by using

and as a work-around. set a reminder on your mobile or somewhere else after your 12th payment is received (if you pay monthly).
and make sure you know how to cancel when the time comes so you are ready.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
