I have been trying to cancel my firefly plan as I no longer require it. But it is continuously showing an error. On both Windows and phone same error is coming that unable to load. Request assistance immediately as the plan is due for renewal in one day.

• Clear your browser cookies and cache, close the browser completely, and then try again.
• Open a private/incognito window, sign in, and attempt the cancellation.
• Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
• Disable any VPN or ad-blocker/extension, refresh the page, and retry.
• Sign out from all devices in your Adobe profile, sign back in, and attempt cancellation again.
• After performing the steps above, open https://adobe.ly/4oq5xy2, go to Manage plan → Cancel your plan.
• If you are attempting this from a mobile device, please try using mobile data instead of a Wi-Fi connection.
Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists.

and when trying a different browser from the previous suggestion, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
