UNABLE TO CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL PLAN

Dear Adobe Team,

 

I have been waiting for a response through a chatbot for 14 hours and because of your great service I still have not been able to cancel my free trial - finding someone in a 14 hour window is too much to ask for, I guess. Can someone please get in touch with me ASAP because I do not want to lose more time on SIMPLY CANCELING a subscription. 

 

To give you more context, whenever I want to cancel it says UNABLE TO LOAD DATA (I have tried every single "advice" posted on this forum and nothing works).

Thanks for trying the suggested steps. Did you check the server status as mentioned in the article? It shows me that Creative Cloud server is under maintenance.

I would recommend you to try accessing the account details after sometime.
