Unable to cancel my free trial

Guest

It feels impossible to cancel my free trial. I try to do it in my account settings but it says error the whole time, I've tried countless times. I can't get a hold of customer support either, they keep kicking me out from the chat, saying theres a problem with servers or something. How am I supposed to cancel my trial if nothing works?

that may be an error on adobe's end.  to confirm, use a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled instead of a desktop browser.

I get the same exact error on mobile as well, both with Safari and Google Chrome browsers.

if you had wifi disabled, the problem's on adobe's end.
