Unable to cancel plan - payment taken

Hi,  I signed up for a free trial and tried to cancel the plan before payment is taken. When I go to the Manage Plan page, there was no plan showing for me to cancel.  I then read online that it will show up after payment is taken and you will be able to get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of payment.  Payment has now been taken and I still don't get the option to cancel the plan! I called the UK helpline number  0207 364 0735 on numerous occasions and get "Sorry the person you called is not available at the moment, please call again later" and then disconnects.  Please can you advise as I feel robbed!  Thank you.
