After receiving an email to let me know that they will be upgrading my current plan to Creative Cloud Pro and increasing the price to A$114, I tried to change my plan to Creative Cloud Standard to keep my current price of A$79. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow me to change the plan, giving me the following error message.
As changing plans didn't seem to be an option, I tried to cancel my current suscription (which is about to auto-renew for another year) and I got another error message:
At this point I decided to contact the support team but now I get to talk to an AI and this is how the conversation went:
My subscription is about to expire and if I don't solve this issue soon I'll end up paying A$420 more for a Pro plan that I don't need. All I want is to keep my current Standard plan. Has anyone have any idea or solution on what I can do?
Thanks
