Unable to Delete Item from Cart

Community Beginner ,

I put something in my Adobe "cart" by mistake and would like to delete it.  There is no Delete button and no Quantity button that can be reset to Zero.  I keep getting reminder emails to complete the purchase.  I do NOT wish to purchase.  How can I empty the cart and stop the reminders?

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried multiple computers,
multiple operating systems, and multiple browsers. I have cleared
cache and cookies. Still no delete button, the only choice is to
"complete the purchase".

Thank you. I've already tried that but the result is the same, still
in the "cart" and no "delete" option. Adobe Help did not seem to be
able to understand the issue, kept telling me "you already have a
license" and "there's nothing in your cart".

Pretty much just shows my Photography Plan, included in your plan,
billing and payment, manage plan, access your apps and services, edit
profile ... Nothing about a shopping cart. I followed all the links
and found nothing that would help with this issue. Went to Orders and
Invoices and only thing there is my Photography Plan.

Not sure what I should be expecting to see here or what the effects of
a different browser, clearing cache, etc. should be.

Thanks for your continued efforts.

OK, thanks!

I'll just set up an email rule that marks all Adobe shopping cart
reminders as SPAM.

that would be annoying, but yes, funneling outside your inbox should help.

Having the exact same issue. Ignoring the cart is worrisome as Adobe has my credit card info and I do NOT want an inadvertent purchase. Adobe - put a "Delete" or "Clear Cart" option in there like every other bloody ecommerce system does.

Hi AxisOfBeagles,

We hear you! For now there is no option to delete your 'Cart' but I shall definitely share this feedback with our team.

Be rest assured, there will not charges from Adobe unless yuo agree to pay.

Thanks

@Kanikas

I had a similar problem.

I clicked on buy just to see the upgrade price of an item, and it put it in my cart.  There was, of course, no option to delete it, so I contacted Adobe chat and was connected to an agent.

The agent asked what I needed help with, and when I typed in the issue, they disconnected.

I tried three more agents, and they all did the same thing.

This is not a pleasant customer service experience.  Please pass this along to those who may fix this issue of agent disappearance.
