I put something in my Adobe "cart" by mistake and would like to delete it. There is no Delete button and no Quantity button that can be reset to Zero. I keep getting reminder emails to complete the purchase. I do NOT wish to purchase. How can I empty the cart and stop the reminders?

that would be annoying, but yes, funneling outside your inbox should help.

Having the exact same issue. Ignoring the cart is worrisome as Adobe has my credit card info and I do NOT want an inadvertent purchase. Adobe - put a "Delete" or "Clear Cart" option in there like every other bloody ecommerce system does.

Hi AxisOfBeagles,
We hear you! For now there is no option to delete your 'Cart' but I shall definitely share this feedback with our team.
Be rest assured, there will not charges from Adobe unless yuo agree to pay.
Thanks
^KS

I had a similar problem.
I clicked on buy just to see the upgrade price of an item, and it put it in my cart. There was, of course, no option to delete it, so I contacted Adobe chat and was connected to an agent.
The agent asked what I needed help with, and when I typed in the issue, they disconnected.
I tried three more agents, and they all did the same thing.
This is not a pleasant customer service experience. Please pass this along to those who may fix this issue of agent disappearance.
