I had recently signed up for trial adobe PDF editor which I didn't use. When I saw the bill after trial period, I tried to cancel the plan from my adobe account but there was no plan shown.
According to the agreements and help instructiuons, I should be able to cancel it within the account. Since there was no plan displayed in my account, why do I keep getting reminders to make payment? I had replied to the sender when I first saw adobe's email, but was informed by system that the adobe's mailbox is full.
Any kind soul can advise. TIA
